Placing Order with Leicester CCTV Centre
Leicester CCTV Centre dispatches orders nearly anywhere around the world. Simply follow the instructions below to place your order.

Placing Telephone Orders
Dial +44 (0)116 2787812 if you know what you want and have all of the stock numbers ready or for questions or assistance with your order.

Our telephone sales hours are Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm

Placing e-mail Orders
If you prefer to use e-mail for ordering, you may send e-mail orders to sales@idvr.co.uk. This e-mail address is for exclusive use of customers placing orders or who have inquiries about recently placed orders. In your e-mail order message, please indicate the quantity, stock number and a brief description of each item you wish to order, your iview customers number (if known) your shipping and mailing address (if different) and payment information: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or COD (for established customers only).

Placing FAX Orders: Dial +44 (0)116 2240731 (Purchase Order on company letterhead along with P.O Number).

We have a preference for FAXED Purchase Orders upon company letterhead. Please inlcude the same information in your FAX as with e-mail ordering, as stated above.

There is no surcharge added for credit card orders.

We reserve the right to verify credit card orders for your protection. For prompt processing , please always include daytime phone number.

Credit Card Details
If paying by credit card please either FAX or TELEPHONE include the following:

  • Card number
  • Card type (eg. Visa, Mastercard etc)
  • expiration date
  • name on card
  • 3 digital security number (last 3 digits on reverse of credit card)
  • bank name if known
  • your billing address (for credit card used)
  • your delivery address
  • daytime phone number where you can be reached

Prepayment
Some orders we may request prepayment via wire transfer (overseas/UK orders) or with a company cheque (UK only)

e-mail/Fax orders are usually confirmed within 24 hours.

Checking status of you order
If you have placed an order with Leicester CCTV Centre recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed.

Postage and handling charges
For UK shipment, the standard charge is £12.00 for up to 20kg.

Overseas
Shipments are normally processed via DHL or UPS. Cost can be forwarded to purchases account number if required. Carriage fees are charged at the couriers rate.

International destinations
Leicester CCTV Centre ships orders just about anywhere around the world. Please note that the best way to order is to use your credit card for payment. This method of payment is swift, should you require urgent delivery.

Our international postage charges are based on the size and weight of the package(s). To determine the cost of shipping to an international destination please telephone for details. Overseas customers can forward their courier details to us Name/Account Number and we would then forward the charge to you.


Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to returns@idvr.co.uk, please confirm what issues you have. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
